960 Herd Road

The Municipality of North Cowichan is advancing Parks and Public Places Regulation Amendment Bylaw No. 4076, 2026, to establish daily pickleball hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Andy Hutchins Park at 960 Herd Road.
